The Procedural Generation Tool for Players

I think about procedural generation a lot as like a creativity tool for players. I don't know if that line of logic makes sense to a lot of people. It's kind of like the way in which I think about procedurally-generated characters, too. You can immediately start coming up with stories that were just procedurally generated from a bunch of like bits of pieces of data and then pulled together into one coherent character.
