What i suspect you're thinking about is really just the crap i think about, because that's all i have. I've never been in anyone else's head. I've only been in my head. So i assume you're having some these kind of thoughts. In order to not feel judged, judge less. If you're not walking round judging people, you'll assume, you won't assume they're judging you. They'll make sense. That's beautiful.
