The Importance of Having a Supportive Environment in a Manager Role

I feel like when I was at Uber, I experienced the large, huge global design scale. And so I wanted to find something a bit more in the middle this time and try something in between. Gusto has a chief design officer. She sits at like the C suite. So to me, that was really important, like shows that design is really valued. The company seems really great. I had a really good and positive interview process. Yeah, I'm just really, really excited.
