The Stakes Are Higher, but the Reward Is Also Higher
As you get better at doing this, you're gong to enjoy it more. It's hard when you're managing people, because the stakes are a lot higher. And i would say that the stakes are kind of more forgiving,. Like, we're all people, we right? We're all goin to make mistakes. I think i've found more, even though the lows are lower, the highs are higher when when you switch to more like, people-driven mode.
