It's a bet on a new aset class form, on a new way to store value. People think about it differently, but i don't think that the majority of it is for inflation hedge. What has to happen? Does it start to get on banks balance sheets? Does it become a central bank reserve currency? Is it used in a way that would have it act more like an inflation hedge?
