Getting Extension Back Is Crucial to a Solid Rehab
The emphasis on getting that extension back is paramount to a good, solid rehapen. If you don't have it back within those first two weeks, then it's really difficult to get it slow things down. Extension or the delation of a capsule causes a lot alot of pain. And drilling of the tunnels causes a lot of bleeding. So if you see a patient and has a massive effusion at forty eight hours, that patient will not move for the next two to three weeks. And that is a big issue. As i told you before, i really emphasize motion early on. That if the fusion is a main driver for not being able to move, so at least deflection
