The Effects of Globalization on Self-Reported Happiness
As markets are spreading through the process of globalization, we're seeing similar patterns as we've seen in the West. We need to create a world in which body soul relational thingies can flourish. It reminds me of what Robbie Zachari says about the problem. Not of pain but of pleasure that even when we have so much we can still feel it's emptiness in our hearts if we don't know Jesus. That's it. I love markets and capitalism. But there's something about the way we're doing it that is not quite right.
