In the fourth quarter, we had the year over year money supply really had flattened out. And then here we are at COVID and this has been the increase in velocity since. Now it hasn't even gone back to this downtrend here. It hasn't gotten back there yet. And if we are correct, velocity is going, it is in the process of flattening out," he said.
