The Downward Consequences of the Civil Rights Act
Right has been very scared to address the Civil Rights Act or affirmative action when it becomes pointed at certain groups. When that bias now comes towards whites, all of a sudden they get very skittish about pointing that out. But this has got kind of a big downward consequences right there's the cascading possibilities for this because of course these rulings could easily fall on to businesses and other organizations.
