Adapting User Research to Agile

Always give yourself buffer time. You could say, if we need very basic unmoderated usability testing, I can do it in one week, right? But let's say that you have a niche and it takes quite some time for you to recruit. Then you need to say, okay, I actually need three weeks or four weeks for recruitment. Another thing is creating a research roadmap and backlog. If that's something that you want to look into, I'll put a resource into the description as well for design sprints.
