By the end of Victoria's reign, things became much more Christmassy at Christmas. But were they wild and sort of carnival-like atmosphere at the Victorians? I think of the grand Christmas tree. And a lot of the chickens also retained a sort of quite moralistic attitude. Were they having wild parties for Christmas at the Victorian? Do we think? It wasn't quite as good as... it wasn't quiteAs good as the medieval Christmas because it was only one day off. Well, you know, Bob Cratchit gets half a day off, he recently doesn't be on Christmas day. That was because of the factory system and the new capitalism.
