What Does It Mean Not to Have a Passive System?

You want to check it first of all, the history. How often this system or SaaS company raise the price. And also in the pricing model, just to make sure that if you're growing, this system knows how to grow with you and not charge you more for every single thing that you want to add. What we really need is not a product that takes the same thing and just automates it,. But a product that does all of this, and then some in the sense that it's proactive for us.
