The Importance of Pure Review
The importance of pure review. The author never knows who reviewed their books. It is considered to be a sort of part of service if you're in the academy, but we do compensate for it. We have ten faculty members from across the university inner disciplinary m who don't read the manuscripts, but they review the per review process for each project. So it's quite difficult to be published by a university press because we that process insists on the highest quality.
