Is There a Relationship Between Theoretical Physics and Women?

The culture within theoretical physics tends to be aggressive. There is a relationship between attitudes that one encounters in a standard physic seminar and the fact that a statistically high proportion of the theoretical physicists who are involved are men. In my experience, that's less present when i'm working with more, with more woman. It's a little bit cottural as well. What the tone? And it's e it can't be thate a given department, is t. The tone is settled by a few people, just one or two. And then it becomes very aggressive. And the students coming out of that are very aggressive.
