The Inertia of the HPP

A well-controlled experiment gives you the ability to know what your ground truth is. You nicely sidestep a bunch of efficacy shoes even with organoid, but not as many as when you actually have integrated animal. The Allen Institute has set up their system to try to be able to produce data at scale and then dump all the data on the researcher's desk as the end. It seems as if an institutional kind of a sort of inertia has set in where it becomes more like typical neuroscience university approach.
