CNN's John Defterios talks with Peter Bergen about China's ambitions on the global stage. He says there is an aspect of what China has been doing, which is to go to other countries and invest in them. There are many things that go into that whole infrastructure piece, he says. But since you mentioned it, I think the factories are interesting because the PRC's economic model is running out, right?
