The Importance of Strength Training

In the booty program, there's a single leg and dumbbell month. You're still squatting but it's on the back burner. The women can do like a back squat on Monday. And then you'll do hip thrust towards the end of the program for higher reps. They do not lose strength, but it's working out imbalances.
