In English language we often conflate complexity and complicated. So could you differentiate those for the listeners? Yeah, there there's lots of videos online or shorter books over the years that have been published on complexity where they all say Complexity is simple but life is complex. And so this led me to the question of Is it a body or is it the cells? You have this Question of are you a thing or phenomenon arising from smaller things At this level of scale you're over there and I'm over here and we look like objects But at the microscopic level not only are our bodies actually more like flocks of cellsbut Our boundaries are not limited by our skin because we're shedding skin cells
