i think there are a number of highly justifiable rationals for when the united states can intervene militarily in the sovereign affairs of another nation. One of them, obviously, is when it threatens its neighbors or the peace of the world. Another one has imagined anda in 19 94, during the geneside a, i think the united states had a moral obligation to do a what it could to slow and ideally stop the geneside before it took 500 or 800 thousand lives.
