Caffeine is where I'd start to be quite honest with you. You can eat the carbs late at night too, or before bed. When my caffeine gets past a certain point, for me, it's 400 milligrams. And when I bring it back down and resets, I feel like I'm great all day. It's 700 or so. Like as soon as I get above 700, it's all downhill after that.
