Glue
Glue has added support for data formats such as Apache Hootie, Apache Iceberg, and Delta Lake. The way I typically do it is I fire something like VS Code, write my Py scripts that are part of the Glue environment then deploy them to an S3 bucket. Those things are deployed over to an S 3 bucket, which is then picked up by the GlUE environment.
