The Importance of a Specific Training Session

I don't think I've actually ever had like any session where it's just been doing one thing. Usually we we end up doing more things. It could be that we do the ascent and then the rest of the training is a bit more chill because they're a bit time. But again, usually a sense of they're not that taxing for the legs. So so I could do jumps and stuff afterwards. And I don't know. They're not usually not that hard for the arms as well, especially like I've been doing a lot of climbing.
