How to Hire a Software Engineer

Five years ago, everybody was hiring based on diplomas. For them, for the companies to hire these students, they didn't want to because they didn't have a diploma. That also means like, no one in the Dutch education system, if you go to university, you get student-fino-saring. It's basically a lump sum of money to help you throughout your education. You don't get any of that? No. And we are working since day one to actually mediate this with the minister of education and so on - but it's difficult.
