We Got the Sweetheart 15%

We were going to put down 15% initially and then we ended up having to do 20%. Most lenders, that was one of the reasons we couldn't get the 15%. They wouldn't they wouldn't underwrite something on five acres of land. So sometimes those hurdles actually end up being the reason you get a good deal. And in hindsight, we now we know this is why this property was available for the price.
