Are We Good at Being Competitive Right Now?

We're terrific at the things that our high-tech high-scale economy produces. But we've lost a lot of that industry in the Japanese in the 80s. Our strength has been, I think, design, innovation and anything that involves sophisticated technology. The administration is focusing on manufacturing but it's not a good thing for global competitiveness.
