There are several different things that will point us in the direction of this being cited appropriately. The first thing is really the loss of resistance felt as we enter that medulla. A failure to asper it is not necessarily a sign that it's not in the bone. You'd expect to see a pharmacological response to whatever you're giving. So if your patients not in cardiaca rest, you know, and you'r trickling in inotropes, or youre giving whatever it might be, it's always a really reassuring thing to see the pharmicological effect of that drug at you.
