Is Different Chairs Really Necessary?
There is broadly a rule of descending scale. So we've got city ones first. I mean, one of the things which is funny about pattern language is that it will have rules like all industrial activities should be carried out by worker owned cooperatives of 12 to 14 people. And it will also say things like every time you have a front door, you should have a flower bed next to it. That's the kind of counterculture element of it,. Is it necessary? No, I'm not saying it's necessary. I'm just saying it's how I would do things. Yeah, I don't mind if the chairs are the same or they're different, you're honest. Okay
