In what circumstances do you think it is okay to come in and provide material assistance? What are the requirements for that? And as a follow up question, what are the best ways to measure that? Terrific. I think there's a lot of things going on here with this critique of short-term mission trips. It sounds like there's also an issue here in terms of measurement, how you're actually measuring what works and what doesn't work.
