It's methionines and cysteines that are more common in animal protein than in vegetable proteins or other plant-based proteins. Raw pork or beef has about two milligrams per gram of cysteine compared to the impossible burgers four and six milligram per gram depending on which product. Overall though if you're trying to eat a low animal protein diet to reduce stones these products are not a good alternative.
