How to Date a Team Leader

I think one of the very important parts of being team leader engineering manager is all that sustainable team then can survive and the last people leaving yeah. I am very much like pro listing already existing people up giving opportunity but I was thinking that comes with a very big responsibility you can also lift someone too early which means they will have a very bad experience be all over the world whatever.
