The Importance of Taking Notes

You are learning so much, especially earlier in your career, but frankly, even late. And if you are going to retain anything like the majority of them, you have to make notes or you're going to lose them. I just know that the portion of what they're getting out of this high value, high expense training time is just a minority of it. They're wasting most of it. The sensitivity and specificity are not flawless, but they're pretty good markers.
