Is Twitter Completionist a Good Idea?

i use mute filters, and i block out all the stuff i don't want to see. So if i were to disconnect for a saturday, for example, not check twitter, and then i open it in the evening, and i see like 350 messages  that's a little bit o anxiety producing in me. I need to create that time. And my plan is to saturdays specifically, to just completely disconnect. No email, no social media, no work.
