Water Boarding a Hundred and 83 Times in a Month

Carle sheek mahammed was water worded 183 times in one month alone. John, no one's going to argue with that. I'm not sure i'd do anything six times a day. It does really bring it to question exactly how effective this supposedly effective form of information gathering is. We water board our soldiers to help them build up an immunity to potential torture. But i doubt we do it to them a hundred and 83 times. So will he not have developed an immunity during this?
