The Dangers of Too Much Internal Hires

Nithya: I don't think with the level of job openings that exist in most organizations, we're seeing opportunities for more cross-functional teaming. We see companies looking to alumni of their organizations and even some of the people that we're working with already. Nithya: What would happen if companies don't start being more flexible and thinking differently about the world? And what do you think will happen when they get behind services such as cloud computing or big data?
