Performance Isn't a Concern in the Domain Where APL Is Dominant
Marshall says performance is not that much of a concern in programming languages. APL has a few efforts that are solely aiming for performance like the apex parallel compiler and co-defence, he adds. Marshall: "People only use these because they have less features"
