The Importance of Consistency
If your main goal is to build muscle and you'll have 15, 20 minutes workout, then okay, then eat in a caloric surplus. It's much easier to be consistent if you do a little every day than it is to do a lot sometimes. The biggest stumbling block for most people when it comes to getting sustainable results is consistency. You're not going to lose weight by trying to burn the calories off through exercise. That's a terrible story.
