Introduction
P podrigotuma is a poet from ireland. Poetry has taught me that it can choose the most unexpected places to pause. This poem begins in childhood, all those years ago, pencil fastening a coat, clasp up your hands. And then it seems to changei it's in the imagination about the past. i think of them lying empty at night of the fingers, wrangling something from your nose or buried in the cave of your ear. I am trying to decide what they feel when they wake up and discover my body is near before touch,. pushing off the ledge of easy quiet dancing between us.
