The Importance of Temperament in Youth Ministry

The late 90s youth ministry was all about the late. It was like the jackass of ministry. The games we played the all-nighters that ruined our circadian rhythms. We tried to get a little bit into our feelings which I think was probably yeahYeah so kind of early on like I just knew like temperament wise I was not gonna pull that off and was probably a good thing culturally. A few years later would not have went well some of the things that went that went that were acceptable. So I am. I sometimes think I would probably stay in ministry longer if I had to just stayed with youth ministry in a way just because I liked it and I have a good temperment
