I love that part of working with founders and helping them through those elements of when they hit the walls. I think you can really only do that if you have been an operator. And then the second piece that's been helpful for me is that all startups over time have to start thinking about go to market. Having the actual skill sets around the different sales motions, enterprise,. inside sales, PLG channel, and then of course marketing and partnerships, it's been helpful to actually break into venture because I'm able to make impact pretty quickly.
