The Importance of Professionalism in the Workplace
Autistic employee or HR? It sounds pretty bloody unprofessional. To say that an autistic person must act like a neurotypical person would to be professional. And if they don't, they get fired. For being autistic. Not for being unprofessional or breaking the law. That's a whole different thing. We have to do better than this. This isn't like the 60s guys. Seriously. I'm so sick of hearing HR departments and managers get up at conferences and talk about these amazing neurodivergent stuff they're doing. What a load of shit.
