Is Carfilzumib a Good Staging System?

With carfilzumib you can have issues around fluid retention or hypertension. I do think they are manageable though and it's really important to dose reduce the drug carefully in those cases. So getting back to your paper any comments on this really interesting graphic about proposed modification to the ISS. Have you seen that?
