The Cross Functional Team - Tools?

There are occasions where i have bent my rules and done things in in the task on their behalf, and then marked it off. I try not to get in the habit of doing that but there are dafly people that have pushed back pretty hard on getting into a tool like this. And so i'll often just pull their statuses and do it on their behalf. Im just because i'm nice. But you know, when you need to, and if they're important and and crazy busy and you're lucky  to have their resourcing in their time, you can do it for them. So there are occasions, but don't make that your norm. Don't shameme
