Big Ben the clock in London will be deactivated for four years. The bell's not going to ring except on very special occasions like New Year's Eve and stuff like that so they're silencing the bell. "I think it is absolutely outrageous that you won't be able to hear Big Ben ring for four years," says David Walliams.
