I just need to think that the problem here is the transparency. It's not clear and it's not transparent. Consumers have the right to be able to cancel their whatever they've subscribed to without having to go through heaps of rigmarole. Instead of just sign up to Prime and experience one-day delivery and then you click it and then you've signed up, I think it just needs to...
