The Three Year Plan Really Settled Me

Brooks: I think the three year plan is brilliant. It took all of the drama out of it's not happening fast enough. Everything is urgent and important right now. Nothing can wait, right? He says he has given himself an extra year to get his business from 15 million dollars this year to 20 million next year. Brooks' new job will be working on language for hiring so that we find people who are like really the right fit for our company.
