I love that idea of delay that is a very useful strategy just not now you know put something else in front of it because yeah it does tend to pass. I was invited to a party and for the first time in a really long time it looked fun to me like it usually doesn't. At this particular party I felt very free and warm and just like able to navigate it in this again observing myselflike wow look at this you don't need a drink to have fun basically.
