Mayhem Says Financial Conditions Are Far Too Easy for the Fed
markets in Mayhem says financial conditions are far too easy for the Fed back to levels we haven't seen since early 2022 before the Fed started tightening. My response, of course, is that the Fed has tightened at the fastest rate in history, openly talks about kneecapping demand, but financial conditions get easier. And people look at the Fed as if they are in control. I don't have a preconceived bias or a preconceived notion that somehow the Fed engineered these financial conditions.
