Reorg Changed Everyone's Job

At the beginning of this year, i re orged the entire company. So i basically flipped the entire company upside down and changed everyone's job. And because i was doing that, i was like, this going to be a hell of a lot of pain. But no matter how much you know, you ready yourself for payn You go throuh in your liko. That first half of this year,. 20, 19, was insanely painful. Thnd most painful ever for me. By the end of c two, we started to see the results of the segmentation and business unit shift. And so was mathematically worth it.
