Mermer: I work so often with teams that are, you know, exploring new ways of working and this agreements thing comes up a lot because it's kind of rewriting the implicit social contracts between people and teams. So what's an example of a working agreement that maybe has gone through some iterations through input and feedback that you've got, ones that you use in the ready? What example can you give us? Mermer: We actually just finished last night putting the kind of polish on a new, we're calling them collections or kits. But a new collection that's like foundations of self-management kits.
