What Inspired You to Study Computer Science?

i didn't know anybody who was interested in programming while i was growing up. My dad had a strong affinity for computers because of what you could use them for for music. I actualy thought i wasgoing to be a chemist, and my first degree is actually in chemistry. And certainly that's how i've paid the bills ever since.
